Order Cancellation

Cancellation Time Refund Policy
Within 2 hours of order ✅ Full refund
After 2 hours, but before shipping ⚠️ 15% handling/restocking fee
Once shipped ❌ Cancellation no longer possible
Personalized/Custom Orders Not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return
(unless damaged or incorrect on arrival)

Note: Refunds can be credited to your Younghoodie account for an extra 5% bonus.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for unused, non-personalized items within 15 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Custom/personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Return Eligibility

  • Item not as described: Eligible if reported within 15 days (Younghoodie covers shipping)
  • Wrong size (more than 1-inch difference): Eligible for local tailoring refund or resizing
  • Correct size but does not fit: Not eligible
  • Color mismatch: Minor variations (5%-10%) are normal
  • Defective/Damaged item: Eligible (Proof of damage required, Younghoodie covers shipping)
  • Final Sale or Personalized/Custom products: Not eligible for return or refund (unless damaged/incorrect)

Return Process

  1. Contact customer service (sales@younghoodie.com) with your order number, item code, reason for return, and photos.
  2. Once approved, we will provide the return address.
  3. Send the item back and provide the tracking number.
  4. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

Additional Guidelines

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
  • If the item was damaged during shipping, please provide "Proof of Damage" from the carrier.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Color Disclaimer

Slight color mismatches (5%-10%) are normal due to monitor variations. If you believe the item you received is the wrong color, please contact us for a return or refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
